What we mean by “honest and efficient”

Honest: We believe customer satisfaction is built on honest communication as well as first class work. We listen to what you want done, whether cleaning, a repair, or remodel. We make sure we’ve heard you, to make sure we know what you want.

We tell you what we think is best for your situation. We recommend the action we think best meets your needs – a specific pump from a specific manufacturer, a specific way to re-plumb a problem, the best sequence of chemicals and filter cleaning. But you decide.

We don’t do work you didn’t agree to. We keep you informed. We show up to work when we said we would.

Efficient: We want to earn your business but we also want to earn your trust. If we can fix a problem correctly without expensive new equipment, we will. If we can solve a problem with a single visit instead of multiple visits, we will. See how photos help below.

Photos help! Fixing a pool problem means understanding the problem, diagnosing the problem, determining the solution, and doing the work. If you send a photo, often we can see and diagnose the problem without coming to your pool. That makes us more efficient – and saves you money.  Whether the problem is pool water the color of ice tea, or a leaky fitting, try to text or email picture(s). Photos help.
